Born and raised in the Dominican Republic. Attended Universidad Iberoamericana (Unibe) where he major in Business Administration in 1993. He began his career in the culinary field, opening in 1998 his first restaurant in Santo Domingo, called “Peperoni”, which quickly became an icon providing top notch service and becoming an outstanding restauranteur. Moved to Casa de Campo in 2001 opening his second restaurant “Peperoni Marina” and bringing with him his extensive knowledge in sales and public relations. Gabino is friendly and his outgoing personality has lead him to build long-lasting relationships in the country and abroad, selling real estate properties in Casa de Campo to many friends. He is committed to his clients and his passion for service has identified him as an enthusiastic member of this community in which he has been active for 14 years.
