About Merrilee Gagnon

While relatively new to selling Real Estate, Merrilee Gagnon has long been introducing buyers and sellers to their possible dream homes through her affable personality and interest in “helping others find what they want.” She’s an eleven-year resident of Casa de Campo and wife to Director of Golf, Gilles Gagnon who’s 33-year career at Casa de Campo has been heralded as creating an “epic growth in golf in the Dominican Republic.” Merrilee is an avid and skilled golfer and has traveled with Gilles to some of the most prestigious courses, public and private, but still considers the Teeth of the Dog at Casa de Campo her favorite.

Merrilee is from Los Angeles and moved to Saint Thomas in the late 70’s to sail and work on artistic endeavors with arts and crafts that she designed and manufactured. She owned and operated a successful salon, where she honed her skills as a “networker” and whereby she was constantly connecting people to each other and finding solutions, a skill that makes her a valuable and trusted Real Estate Agent today!
