An extensive state-of-the-art hydrothermal circuit that includes a sauna, steam bath, vitality pool, cold water pool, thermal loungers, Kneipp Walk, and an outdoor pool, will be some of the services that you can find in the new facilities. What Are the Operating Hours of the Spa and Its Facilities? How Do I Schedule an Appointment?
- Spa & Wellness: 9 A.M. – 7 P.M.
- Thermal Experience: 8 A.M. – 7 P.M.
- Spa Café & Juice Bar: 9 A.M. – 7 P.M.

How Do I Schedule an Appointment?
- To schedule an appointment, kindly speak to our wellness concierge who will arrange your ideal experience. Hotel guests can dial extension 2600 from their rooms. Non-hotel guests Book Online. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and service.
What is the Check-in Process?
- We kindly request that you arrive 60 minutes before your appointment. This gives you time to check in, change, and enjoy our co-ed Hydrothermal Experience before your treatment. Please bring bathing attire for this purpose.
What Payment Options Are Available for Spa Services?
- Spa services may be charged to your room or villa. We also accept all major credit cards, and Casa de Campo Gift Cards for payment.
How Are Taxes and Gratuities Handled?
- All Spa prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to 18% taxes and 10% service charge. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Additional gratuities paid directly to your therapist are accepted for exceptional service.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
- To avoid a 100 percent charge, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling spa services.
What if I Arrive Late?
- Late arrivals may impact the duration of your treatment. To avoid inconveniencing the next guest, your service will end on time. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
What Should I Wear During My Spa Visit?
- Robes and slippers will be provided at the spa. Dress to your comfort level. Undergarments are optional during treatments; however, disposable undergarments are available for body treatments. Our staff uses draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort.
How Should I Address Special Health Considerations?
- If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments, or specific needs, please inform our wellness concierge when making your reservation. This allows us to tailor your experience accordingly.
Are There Any Treatments Specifically Designed for Pregnant Women or Nursing Mothers?
- We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers after their fist trimester, and also for nursing mothers. Please allow our spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time.
Can I Shave Before a Treatment?
- We recommend refraining from shaving before any body exfoliation treatment. Men should shave at least three hours before a facial treatment.
What is the Expected Behavior in the Spa Environment?
- The spa is designed for relaxation and tranquility. We kindly ask that you silence your cell phone and avoid using it in the locker rooms, Hydrothermal Experience area, relaxation spaces, and treatment areas.
What Are the Age Requirements?
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to access the Hydrothermal Experience and treatment areas.
Can I Purchase Products Used in My Treatment?
- Most of our products are available for purchase. Ask your therapist or the spa consultant for recommendations or more information.
Can I Use My Casa De Campo Gift Card as Payment?
Casa de Campo Gift cards can be used to pay for all spa services and products. They are perfect to enjoy all that Casa de Campo has to offer.
