Yamilis De la Rosa as a child attended Abraham Lincoln School while Casa De Campo served as a playground and later, as her first part-time job before heading to college and life abroad thereafter. Back in her hometown, she continues her family’s tradition as a contributor towards the growth of CDC and La Romana.
Prior to becoming a CDCRE Sales Associate, Yamilis submerged herself in the Rental Department working hand in hand with CDC, property owners and tenants, allowing herself the opportunity to acquire insight and expertise while passionately assisting numerous clients. Consequently, providing useful tools for evaluating potential rental income and market analysis of investment for her current prospects.
As a licensed architect she has broad experience in the construction sector and local development, along with a background on additional areas of interest such as interior design and sustainable environmental design. This perspective results in her intrinsic nature and number one priority to not only deliver promptly but fulfill her client’s requests and expectations, both when representing or selecting and matching a property.
Responsible and determined, Yamilis has a spectrum of qualities involved and revolving around the Real Estate business that places her as a unique and valuable addition to the Casa De Campo Real Estate team.
